How does pricing work?
We provide a clear quote before any work begins. You'll know what the job costs upfront — no surprise charges, no upselling. If we can't help, we'll tell you and point you to someone who can.
Do you come to my home or do I bring the computer to you?
We come to you. We do on-site visits throughout Palm Beach County — including Delray Beach, Boca Raton, Boynton Beach, Highland Beach, and Lake Worth. We don't accept drop-offs or have a physical storefront.
Can you help with Apple computers and iPhones?
Yes — we work with both Mac and PC, plus iPhones, iPads, and Android devices. Most software issues we can fix on either platform.
What if my computer can't be repaired?
We'll tell you honestly. If a repair isn't worth the cost, we'll say so and help you transfer your data to a new device — including recommending what to buy if you'd like.
Do you offer ongoing tech help or just one-time appointments?
Both. Some clients use us for a single repair, others book monthly check-ins. Group workshops can be scheduled as one-off sessions or as a recurring series.
